The Women's Club Softball Team at the University of Maryland is comprised of talented, competitive, and passionate young women. We work hard in practice every single week and compete in competitive inter-collegiate games throughout both the Fall and Spring semesters of each academic year. As a member of the NCSA (National Club Softball Association), we compete against some of the best teams in this region in the hopes of earning a World Series berth at the end of each Spring semester.
Club Softball is a great place to practice technical and fundamental softball skills. Practices contain a variety of fielding and hitting drills that help maintain basic abilities throughout the semester. Practice is a great place to talk to people and make friends while playing a sport we all enjoy! Outside of practice, we host many different activities that brings us closer together while also allowing us to forget about the daily stress of student life. Our practices are open to anyone who wants to come play softball!
